The Condo

The property we currently have available to rent is located at Granby Ranch in Granby, Colorado. Granby is located approximately half an hour's drive from Winter Park, and has fantastic access to some of the best skiing in Colorado. During the summer, it is a great place to reach the Colorado river for rafting and Rocky Mountain National Park for a variety of outdoor activities. Year round it is a wonderful place to escape everyday life and relax. Please take a look at the slideshow below and look at the property as well as some of the attractions surrounding it. Rates

July 2 - September 30: $100/night (Sun-Thu), $150/night (Fri-Sat)
October 1 - December 16: $85/night (Sun-Thu), $120/night (Fri-Sat)
December 17 - January 1: $270/night
January 2 - March 10: $140/night (Sun-Thu), $200/night (Fri-Sat)
March 11 - April 2: $200/night
April 3 - June 30: $85/night (Sun-Thu), $120/night (Fri-Sat)

All rentals require a fully refundable $150 reservation and damage deposit as well as a $106 cleaning fee to be paid when checking in. As soon as your deposit is received, you will be sent the rental contract.
