The Condo

The property we currently have available to rent is located at Granby Ranch in Granby, Colorado. Granby is located approximately half an hour's drive from Winter Park, and has fantastic access to some of the best skiing in Colorado. During the summer, it is a great place to reach the Colorado river for rafting and Rocky Mountain National Park for a variety of outdoor activities. Year round it is a wonderful place to escape everyday life and relax. Please take a look at the slideshow below and look at the property as well as some of the attractions surrounding it. Rates

High Season (December 16 - April 19): $120 / night (Sun.-Thurs.), $350 / night (Fri., Sat.)
Off Season (April 19 - December 16): $85 / night (Sun. - Thurs.), $120 / Nigt (Fri., Sat.) or $600 / week

All rentals require a $105 cleaning fee paid at checkin and a fully refundable $150 reservation and damage deposit.
